Programs for general fitness and strength

Program Fortis currently offers two workout programs, Program Fortis Move and Program Fortis Strength, and 30 day nutrition challenges. Program Fortis Move is highly scalable and designed to be done anywhere, with limited time and equipment, to achieve overall functional fitness. Program Fortis Strength is designed to help improve strength, muscle mass, and cardiovascular endurance in one hour or less. These programs are designed with the every day person in mind, ranging from the stay-at-home mom, to the white collar professional, to the hard working blue collar worker.

Program Fortis Move

Program Fortis Move is our flagship program. It is designed for people of any fitness level. You’ll get daily live interactive videos of how to do the workouts, how to perform each movement, the intent of the workout, movement substitutions, and scaling options. You’ll have access to an app to see and record your daily workouts. You’ll have access to a community and a real coach to answer questions you may have. You’ll get a program you can do in a gym, out of the gym, with equipment, or without. You’ll get a program that will be what you need, when you need it, for where you’re at in life! This program is a functional fitness program designed to help you improve your overall health through strength, conditioning, endurance, and to improve your ability to perform every day tasks.

Each day’s workout will be different, with certain workouts being periodically repeated to observe fitness improvement. Workouts from start until finish are intended to be performed in under one hour, and they are scalable to equipment and individual fitness levels.

Program Fortis Unlimited

Program Fortis Unlimited includes everything listed above PLUS live daily zoom group workouts, 5 different workout tracks to choose from (Strength, Build, Endurace, Big 3, Postpartum). You get access to monthly guest speakers to help you develop your nutrition, exercise and self development education. If you are looking for a one stop shop this is the membership for you.
 
Workout Track Breakdown:
Strength – this track is designed for the person who desires to focus primarily on improving strength and muscle mass. Cardiovascular endurance and functional fitness are still included, but to a lesser degree than Program Fortis Move. A basic knowledge of lifting and functional fitness is required for this program. This program is formatted to operate in six week cycles: five weeks of hard training followed by one de-load week. Each week consists of four lifting days, one cardiovascular endurance day, one functional fitness day, and one rest day. 
Build – this track is designed for the person who wants to focus on adding or building lean muscle tissue. It is functional bodybuilding. You will keep your metabolic conditioning intact while getting the aesthetics you desire from a bodybuilding program.
Endurance – this track is designed to be added onto Program Fortis Move to increase your cardiovascular endurance. You can do this track two to three days in place of Move.
Big 3 – this is designed to increase overall strength in the big 3 lifts (squat, bench, deadlift). It is a percentage based program and the first week you will test your 1 rep max. It is 8 weeks long and can be repeated.
Postpartum –  this is designed with the new mom in mind. Once you have been cleared for exercise by your doctor you can participate. The goal is to rehab your core and pelvic floor. This is a 4 week workout track.

Custom Macros Consults and 30 Day Nutrition Challenge

We offer custom macronutrient consults to help you achieve your goals. Maybe you feel confident in your ability to track your food and execute your goals workout wise, but you aren’t sure wheat your optimal intake is. Many of us have been there before and if thats the case then a macro consult is just the right thing for you! You will get custom macros to meet your current goals provided via email, recommendations for foods and meal plans, as well as educational resources.

These challenges are run quarterly and are designed to help you develop life-long healthy eating habits that will leave you looking and feeling your best. We understand that nutrition can be confusing at times, and it can be hard to know what is best for you and your goals. During each challenge you will have a choice between three nutrition plans: 1. custom macronutrients 2. clean but three 3. 8oog challenge.  Each plan is designed to help you reach your current fitness goals. You will get one on one coaching for the entire 30 days where we will go over your current fitness goals, your training program, and what you want to achieve by the end of the challenge. There will be daily accountability check ins, weekly weigh ins, and a group of people to do it with.

This is a great opportunity to dial in your nutrition for 30 days and to see what you can truly do. Remember, fitness and nutrition go hand-in-hand; you cannot have one without the other. These challenges will show you how to have both!
